First, change your email password and then your Utorg password and notify our support team at support@utorg.io

Make sure to setup 2FA on both your email and Utorg accounts for maximum protection.

You may also freeze your account to temporarily disable all functions until further notice.

A request to unfreeze your account may take up to 24 hours.

Since all important actions on Utorg  require  email and 2FA confirmation, we will need to check the email address associated with your account.

We will collect information on the unauthorized events (IP and timestamp) and forward it to you for further investigation by your local authorities.

Utorg staff will provide assistance to determine the identity and location of the hacker and will take all actions possible, to return any lost funds to the owner.
